    Hey guys,

For 2026, I decided to open up a mini-blog page over here, next to bySurfTV, for people who are interested in seeing a bit of what I'm doing at the moment or working on as I believe it might provide some insight hopefully 🤷‍♂️

Right now, I'm working on a members-only documentary for bySurfTV titled "The Internet's First Serial Killer"

The difference with this documentary compared to my YouTube Documentaries or even stuff from bySurfTV is that I'm trying to take a new approach when it comes to making a documentary.

Traditionally (or atleast on YT) we are used to having a really fast paced hook in the first 10 seconds and then jumping into the topic with visuals changing every few seconds.

This is cool for some documentaries sure, but I want to really double down on "cinematic" editing and storytelling.

Looking into things like emotional narrative arcs and so on to see how to really tell a story in a way that makes people pay attention.

It's super different and a little hard to change the groove of how I used to write and to try to learn something new in such a short period of time, but I really do believe that this can be the future of the channel and of bySurfTV documentaries.

What's also different is that for bySurfTV i'm finally taking some actual time to make these documentaries, a bunch of the content previously seen on there was edited in a matter of days and just looked and felt lazy. I have slowly been working to changing that and even getting another editor onboard to help alleviate some of the workload whilst maintaining some nice quality.

But that's about it, I'm also working on some stuff bySurf YT related obviously, and that video will also try to follow in the same footsteps as this members video, in terms of storytelling atleast.

I'm super excited to see how this turns out and what you guys think of it!
